Room was fantastic. Location was perfect as I walked to a concert event at Matthew Knight Area across the street. Very good breakfast selections and space. I used the pool and the fitness center looked good too. I was surprised by the on site bar and apparently a good selection of goodies for sale in the lobby too.

This is a crowded part of town and understandably challenging parking access. But the staff had extra overflow parking and day passes for the community lots across the side street. No extra charge for parking.

Location is in the center of times square. 1 minute walk outside and your there. Very convenient location. Valet parking is great, no need to hunt for spaces. Friendly staff, clean rooms, at night you need to show a key to get to the elevators. Was there with my wife and 3 daughters. No safety concerns for me

You are paying Times Square premiums. Breakfast buffet for 7 was over $300 at the hotel. That was insanely overpriced. Sure it was good but cmon on....... Its as expected when you stay at a place like this. I understand that when you stay right in time square this is what you get. Just know that in advance. You pay for convivence and I was good with that.

None of the rooms have any refrigerators or microwaves. There’s a pungent odor that seeps from the Air Conditioning Unit. The Towels were incredibly disgusting.

Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is in a newer building, and presented a clean, modern appearance. Reasoanble price versus nearby competition.

The mattress was very soft. Room 210 is opposite the elevator and experiences higher than average noise from the movement of other guests. For increased security, I would like to see a card reader on the glass door next to the bar area - restricting access to hotel guests only.
