The home was clean and beautiful. The home is neselted in a nice community about 20 - 30 minutes from downtown Denver. We had everything needed for our visit. Dee was a great host, was quick to offer suggestions about things to do, and was overall pleasant.

Such a quiet, calm, relaxing and stunning property perfect for a peaceful retreat. Gorgeous bath and shower room with heated floor tiles.

The one thing I would say is I wished it had curtains for the main windows just for extra privacy if you chose. The only other thing I would mention is there’s no TV, but that seems to help facilitate a more intimate and peaceful getaway.

The building renovation caused a lot of inconvenience — all the balcony furniture was in the living room. We chose this apartment expecting to spend our evenings on the balcony, but due to the renovation, it was not possible to go out there. The living room was also like a storage dump. When we booked this apartment, the renovation had already started, but this was not disclosed to us. We were only informed a week before arrival that a major renovation had begun and would not be finished until April next year. We asked as a courtesy to extend our stay until 3:00 PM, since we were traveling with two children and our flight was in the evening. However, this request was denied, and the stay was only extended by two hours. Overall, the apartment is good, but not during renovation work.
