The shower was just ok; stronger water pressure and a detachable handheld showerhead would have been nice. A built-in USB hub or two would also have been helpful.

I was impress with the cleanliness of our room. If I wanted to be real picky I could find minor things, but then chain hotels have had worse in my travels. We originally had a @nd level room. I asked if there was a ground floor room because of my physical ability stairs are hard. They immediately gave me a first floor room. No questions.

The TV and phone was unplugged and/or the wiring was complicated, so I had to walk to the front office three times. The carpet was dirty and even though it was a smoking room, it reaked of smoke. There was no iron, no kleenex and the toilet tissue was empty. The toilet seat area was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. I had a do not disturb sign displayed and the cleaning person still went into the room. UGHHH!
