The staff was definitely the best part. Very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable,a/c was cold. I like the sink outside of the bathroom. Plenty of space to place hygiene products. The full length mirror was a bonus and appreciated.

Couch and lamp need to be replaced. They weren't horrible but they definitely had issues. The only big complaint I have was the noise. I guess it was the elevators? All day and night,every 20 seconds or so,it would get loud. Like being next to a train track. Boxsprings were stained and not so great to look at but the beds were comfortable. 2 closets and one was huge!

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. The place was very clean, had a full kitchen with everything we needed, and offered a great view, and Taylor was a great host—quick to respond to anything we needed. Perfect stay!

The property was spotless( fairly new property). Rooms were laid out nicely, comfortable bed and nice shower.

I parked my car in an end parking spot at the side of the building. When I came out of the hotel my first morning the sprinklers were soaking my car and I had to time the sprinklers to get in my car without getting wet. I filed a complaint at reception. I also had a noisy neighbor in 419 who had a boombox and cranked the base up. This came on at 7 am the second morning. I pounded on the wall and the music stopped.

I don't like it when staff bug you to check out. Staff knocked on my door at 10:40a. I was out by 11:02. I get that the check out time is there for a reason, but I felt rushed when someone knocked at 11:00 on the dot. As a result I left my new watch behind.
