Everything Best Western employees make me feel extra special because they go out there way to see if you helped and satisfied. I really thank the staff for making the rooms clean and bed comfy for your stay. I can't choose a better stay for the rate that they offer and the politeness of the staff 💯. I see the staff takes pride in what they do because it shows and I am completely satisfied with that.

the location was excellent. there were many very good restaurants and grocery stores very closeby. we were very close to the highway and could get to the pickleball venue very quickly and easily. the staff worked very hard to make our stay all it could be.

The location. It was near the Grand Teton Loop. It was located in beautiful country. We enjoyed the horses.

Beds were hard. Floor was uneven, which made the door extremely difficult to open. The bathroom did not have any shelving units or places to set things at all. The bathroom was in disrepair. Iron stains in toilet. Moldy around bathtub.

Too many to list, but starting with lack of TV, (satellite unhooked and box under the bar) WiFi, cell service (which we have at my husbands dads in Shell knob) VERY SMALL A/C unit only in the corner of living room. Tacky looking bar area with a single mattress propped up against the wall. Very sheer curtains, and the list could go on and on… also the lack of considerate understand from the stays contact person. We slept maybe 2 hours on the sofa as the bedrooms were too hot and one smelled like cat urine in the carpet. Not hygiene friendly, I am still going on…I am sorry, but this is the first time we have had an issue with staying overnight when booking online. (I have more photos but this will only allow me to add 4). We are working with booking.com and our credit card company for a full refund, as we were there less than 9 hours before leaving and did not stay our second night. Just kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place the night we arrived.
