      When we booked it said there was a free breakfast that was wanted the reason we booked When we checked in they said they don’t have breakfast and they didn’t know it was on the web page I think you need to look at that on booking .com very disappointing. We always book a hotel that offers breakfast

      Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Didn't have the breakfast as I had other plans, but in room coffee and tea were nice to have.

      Bathrooms don't have fans. I asked someone at the front desk about this and was told "we don't allow pets or smoking, so there's no bathroom fans. While I appreciated the directness of the answer, it really wasn't logical. A bathroom fan should be considered a "must have" at any hotel.

      We saw a bear every day we were there!! We watched a bear break into cars and eat people's food. It was awesome

      It was further from downtown than I thought. It is NOT within walking distance. Apparently, the bears are also able to climb the building and go into the homes if the patio doors are not locked.
