Everything was spotless. Breakfast was good with a pancake machine (no waffles). Room was comfortable, bed excellent, quiet, relaxing. Close to nearby restaurants without going onto highway. Easy in and out.

Breakfast wasn’t complimentary and with what I paid plus what was offered on the website I was very disappointed and feel like I was horribly misled.

Also, one of the amenities was that the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel doesn’t have dog friendly areas such as a dog park or a reciprocal for dog waste. I was charged $100 in addition to my hotel fee. I did not know of this fee and the receptionists told me that the $100 is told to travelers upon check-in. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Everything was good the deal breaker was the parking for $10 a day and it really not being a beachfront property. a waterfront property would be more accurate. Also need to update the outside of the hotel. That does not represent the IHG hotel.

I disliked the room, it had a smell, no microwave, had to go downstairs to the first floor to warm up food and there were stains and chopped paint/wood on the walls and furniture. The front desk agent said they were beginning renovations but I believe that should be told to the customers prior to paying money to occupy a room. Also, check in is at 4 but another couple besides us had to wait 2 hours for their room to be ready.

The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a good variety. Overall, great experience and will stay again!

The back parking lot was crowded. There was some undesirable materials on the ground in the parking lot (beer cans, used condoms, liquor bottles).
