We had no problems at all with this hotel and were extremely happy with everything. The staff was friendly and quick to help, and we always enjoy the fun touches like donuts and lemonade in the lobby. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and will keep coming back—it’s always a great experience.

The only minor issue was our door handle not working, but the staff quickly replaced the entire mechanism while we relaxed in the lobby with snacks. It would have been nice to receive a small courtesy (like a parking refund) for the inconvenience, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Parking spot is on top floor of garage so no weather protection. Elevator is broken I'm garage so 6 sets of stairs must be climbed. It looks to have been broken for a while. No eta on Elevator being fixed. Most doors were broken getting in the building The side door dosn't lock on the building so the fob isn't needed to get into the building. The area seems safe but dirtier than expected. The apartment is not 8k square feet. False advertising. Not as many beds in each bedroom as advertised as well. Shower head on master bedroom bathroom had alot of hardware build up and takes forever to get hot. The hot and cold options are also backwards. I would not consider the fridge to be full size, but bigger than a camper or rv refrigerator. Beds and couch are newer but low quality and hard.

Lacked Attention to detail. Bookings did not mention that our room was in the back patio, not in the main house. Cleaning staff lacked training in servicing the rooms. Always forgetting something or not picking up dirty cups and replenishing towels.

The breakfast was both efficient and delicious. I didnt have to wait in line for very long and it was offered for a good amount of hours. The staff was above and beyond social, helpful, and kind. I hope all locations when reach this level of excellence.
