The value per dollar was fantastic. It's an excellent house in a decent neighborhood and everything is setup to be easy. It's much better than most hotels and the cost of any hotel with as nice a space would have been 2-3x as much as the host is asking for. Stay here. There's no flowers on the table when you arrive, and there were a half dozen tiny conditioners but no shampoo in the shower but you know what? You can take your $300+ in savings for the weekend and buy a pile of flowers and shampoo if you want. Totally will book again. The upstairs bed frame is crazy-noisy. I'm 160lbs and couldn't so much as rollover without it making noise. Towels and such in the dryer when we got there. Missing remote for one of the AC units (but you can use any remote on any AC unit). One missing smoke detector (kitchen). Yard is a work in progress. ; ) Other than that though? Amazing. 100% would recommend.

The interior of the unit was excellent. The location also excellent. The host/owner called just to be sure we had everything we needed -- nice touch.

The site was awkward to get to and littered with tree fall from the hurricane without being cleaned up. The deck ran two sides of the unit, was pretty narrow, and we sparsely furnished.

We stayed in a room that the air conditioner was out in. I mentioned something to the front desk about it. It had been so hot so I figured it needed time to cool down. I went downstairs to look for someone to see if it was broke or switch rooms and couldn't find anyone- there was no one to call. Needless to say the kids did not get any sleep and I barely got any sleep and the next day we had to go to Cedar point and it just made for a horrible hot day. We didn't even feel like riding the rides and we didn't stay the whole time we left around 5. The place refunded our money and apologized but now my son never wants to go back to Cedar Point because he had a miserable time and doesn't know it's because we were burning up all night, so hot, that we couldn't do it at the park the next day.

It wasn't clean, every night there was something going on with the police & fire department. Nobody came to clean the room or restock towels, we were there 3 days. Continental breakfast was lacking

I appreciate its central location and how spacious the apartment is. Parking and entering the property is convenient because it’s all ground level. The AC units also work amazingly to keep the environment cool to my liking. The laundry room was also an unexpected plus.

I would’ve appreciated a water filter and some ice cube trays in the freezer. The bed also sags into the frame — perhaps a box spring under the mattress or a wood bottom would help.

We like the convenience of the hotel as it is a nice bike ride to the beaches and the bike path.
