There is no included breakfast here, but there are two restaurants with varying hours to cover your meals, should you need. We had UberEats deliver, be aware, they don't deliver to your room, only to the main lobby. The rooms, I've stayed here several times, are dated - there's no shyness about that even in their photos... BUT they are very clean and maintained well. The prices include your parking, which is guarded... and VERY rare in the area.. as most are extra costs (and can really add up!) Such great value and we'll keep staying here over and over again when we need to been in the Orlando/Lake Buena Vista Area (Disney). It's also only about 10-15 mins from Universal!

Would love to see these rooms updated, not just on the outside (like the one building being newly painted), but I know that will also come with increased fees... just please keep parking free - it's the best part!! (and locations)

I liked everything. The moment I walked thru the automatic doors I could see I was in the right place just like a new home, beautiful! Clean clean clean. Loved everything, loved the clean neat room beds made nice n tight. The bed and pillows were comfortable, slept well. Air conditioning excellent. Great breakfast. Front desk professional and very nice. I would stay there again. I don’t have any photos. Wish i would’ve taken some pictures to remember how beautiful everything was there.

Despite other reviews the road noise didn’t bother me. However, the noise from the rooms all around us did. This wasn’t due to rude neighbors either the walls are just incredibly thin.

The beach service was horrible no one was there we arrived at the beach at 8:50am and we left at 10:30 am and there was no beach attendant no towel no chair.

Smelled like mildew all over especially in the bathroom! Looked like it had water damage around the window and A/C unit as well as in the bathroom. Old mattresses, bottom mattress protectors had hair woven in them. Pillows were well loved and should be replaced. Breakfast bar looked like the appliances were never taken apart and cleaned. Also, hotel is obviously home to many tenants. We chose to leave and Not spend the night. No Thank you!
