      The staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. The room was clean and very nice. Comfortable bed and the refrigerator was cold.

      That they were still under construction and not all anemeties were available. But it was of no concern. They are not finished yet. I can say the only thing I didnt like was the city it was in, I hate midland with a passion.

      Loved the bay view from our corner balcony room. I also enjoyed the huge dog park area overlooking the beach and water.

      Hotel amenities for quite lacking. Was unable to get clean towels or rather anything other than shampoo from even the front desk. They did not supply glasses in the room. Could’ve been cleaner.
