I did not like being charged over again. I did not like that.The ice machine was never working.I was there four days and it worked one day out of four. Also, did not like that.I was charged to lake checkout fee again. I made sure to be out of that room by ten fifty three. I was overcharged when checking in and told it would come back to me after I check out. This has happened every time I have stayed. The ice machines are a constant pain in the neck because they very rarely work.

Very easy to book and communicate with the host. Photos were accurate representations of the space, which was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Instructions for check-in and parking were clear. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The gigantic bed was so comfortable. The fireplace did an excellent job making the space super warm and cozy. Roger's Park is a beautiful little nook in Anchorage - my husband had a wonderful morning run on a trail in the neighborhood too!

Pretty quiet except first night , noisey upstairs above us with stomping but settled down by 10pm. Bed was comfy and loved how big the room was. Slept good. Front desk person was very nice and even brought in a brand new coffee maker when the one in the room wasn't working properly. T.V. was great and we could log safely into our netflex acct . Loved the electric fireplace.

Wish their was phones in the room so we didn't have to run down to the office for service. Also it would be nice to have flyers in the rooms to tell you about hotel rules and policies and amenities ect and the local area. Need better lighting in the room, had to use a flashlight to work the coffee maker. All in all its a nice place to stay.

We did not care for the gold furniture. I think they need to do something about updating the furniture. They need to do some type of pots and plants or something on the concrete because all there is is gravel rock and asphalt. Very Unbecoming a lot has to be said about Landscaping.
