My husband and I stayed at the Cordova Arms and LOVED IT! The location is exceptional. You can walk to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the convention center. The beach is also walking distance, although you will need to cross the 17th bridge, to get over to the other side to access the public beach. The one bedroom was perfect for our stay and included all the creature comforts you could want, including a blanket on the sofa to curl up with. The place is tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed including pots and pans and a full size fridge. We loved our stay so much, we are planning to come back again. We highly recommend staying at the Cordova Arms. It will surely exceed your expectations.

Super close to the beach, very clean, good breakfast, and the staff were all nice and welcoming. Especially the man at the front desk I can’t remember if his name was Juan or I’m think a J name but he was awesome! Recommended restaurants for us to try as well. He was so friendly

The host is very kind and the place was great!! 3 bedrooms, so the 5 of us could stay very comfortably. Coffee machine and access to fridge and kitchen are always a plus :)

We liked the overall location of Ballys near other places to go, the beach and boardwalk

The Ballys beach club was ear drum bursting loud and could be heard from midday until 2am in the hotel room. It was insanely loud. Although the room was clean, it had no tv or microwave, there was dust bunnies stuck to the popcorn ceiling and smelled a little musty.

I didn’t like that they still have carpet and old curtains. The carpet wasn’t the cleanest. I suggest to remove the carpet and replace it with hardwood floors or Venyl flooring. Change out old curtains. Add some aroma fragrance to the room.

I was charged double on my credit card and I kept calling to resolve it. The guy promised to call me back and never did. So, I didn’t want to waste energy arguing for the double charges. I work hard for the money I earned and I am blessed to have a job that can provide for me. Days Inn was not a good experience for me. I booked 14 rooms and I regretted it.
