The beds were very comfortable. The location was very comfortable given where and when we booked the hotel. The property felt very safe, and the building was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and prompt!

The shower's water pressure was not as forceful as I would have expected for a hotel in this price range. This was the only thing that I would have changed if there was a choice!

1. There was roaches in the room. 2. This is the second stay after a very uncomfortable sofa bed last stay. Gave a second chance and this time encountered roaches. 3. Nevaeh seemed annoyed by my concerns and stated that the GM would call me. It has been greater than 48 hours and I have not received a call. 4. I never asked, but no offer of bug spray, free parking, discount on room, or even a cold soda. She did however, say we may be able to add points to your membership.

The Location. It was a perfect location as it was right next to the beach and we easily just walked over the board and went to the beach. We did not need to worry about parking etc. The Hotel also had a pool and a lazy river sort of warm pool and a heated jacuzzi. So it was nice to relax in these before getting up to the room for a shower. The breakfast buffest was also fantastic. It was right across the street and the food was nice. We got a parking in the parking lot which was down the block

It was super crowded and hence we never got the elevator or a cart when checking out. I feel the bathroom was way too small and the room had a lot of space which means the construction was not properly planned. Also, the lock key would not work most of the time and we had to try 4-5 times.

Breakfast was the same like bread, cereals, eggs, waffles etc. The room was nice and comfy. My husband had to work a little after check out and the let him sit in the cafeteria until then.
