They took the amount off my card for the security deposit, said it didn’t work then asked me to take cash from their atm for the deposit. It was 1 am so I just did it and gave them the cash. They gave the cash back in the morning but refused to give the $100 back onto my card and said they didn’t take it off even though I was showing them the charge on my card. We were in a rush so I figured I would just call later and sort it out. They will not answer their phone so I will have to report fraud on my card.

Very convenient location close to the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Cameras all over the parking lot, and key cards needed for all entrances (felt very safe/secure). Free parking (nose-in only) in fairly narrow spaces; low clearance for the covered parking. Good breakfast. Great ice machine. Cute little pool (though we didn't swim, we just looked )

Hotel was VERY dirty, both common areas and the room. There were lots of stains, weird crusty spots, and nightstand panels out of place in our room, and cleaning up a coffee spill in the hallway revealed an extreme amount of dirt. Neighborhood is... not great, there's an IHOP in the same space that attracts a less than savory late night crowd, including people relieving themselves in the hotel parking lot. also, be aware: Instead of a temp auth for potential damages, they actually charge your card and refund.

Beyond amazing hotel to stay at that I would highly recommend to anyone! Night and day difference as compared to nearby hotels just across the state line. Place is very clean and even has an amazing grass yard to walk my dog. Its very peaceful and the staff is very helpful and wonderful people.

Some rooms had an AC issue however it was probably the hottest day of the year and getting cool was a hard task for everyone for a couple days to be fair. However, they quickly helped in moving my room and made sure I was comfortable!

The bathroom has no fan and that isn’t ok for using the toilet or for taking a shower. Everything is wet afterwards.
