In my room the light above the tv didn’t work, there were Cobb webs around the room, all bottle holder for the lotion, shampoo,conditioner, and body wash don’t look like the tops had been wiped off in a long time. The toilet bowl was very dirty where the toilet caps were and the caps were missing. The ac unit was very loud. The parking structure for bottom floor was awful it rained serval times while we were there and water drains would just pour out of the middle of parking garage. On Saturday night I took a fall in the parking garage by the steps where green moss had covered the ground and lots of rain. I would suggest cleaning it before you get sued.

The breakfast was really good. Big selection and the staff kept replacing items as they ran low. The bed was comfortable. WIFI worked well. AC worked well.

The cabinet door that covers the fridge did not stay shut. A piece of cardboard was used to keep it closed. There were no hand towels replaced on my 3rd day. The bathroom door did not close easily and the knob seemed to be coming off. The shower would switch from hot to cold. Although the staff was efficient none of them were very friendly.
