The location is great - an easy walk to the UV campus and lots going on in the neighborhood. An easy but longer walk to the mall. Our room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds.

Some minor quibbles: - would be great to have streaming services on the TV - drainage from the shower was slow - but not troubling enough to talk about - the hotel is right in the middle of student accommodation and it was L O U D most nights until late, but again all part of the scene at the start of the Uni year

The security quarts on casino floors were super nice and friendly.the house cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job.

Having my guests have to pay for WiFi The whole pool situation- you need to tell your guest that it’s 50.00 a chair just to sit by the pool. Even when there was 2 hours to closing. I never saw any of this while booking. Just said outdoor pool 21 and older. Horrible encounter with slot attendant, first machine my sister sat at to play the machine jammed her voucher so machine froze. 30 mins she had to stand there while I walked around not one attendant or employee in site. We finally wave down a security guard who was able to get an attendant for us and she was completely nasty from the second she came over and then ended up just saying I gotta go and walked away from us. This was my sisters first time ever experiencing this and this was just a horrible way. Will not be returning to this place. And half the food places are not open Mon-wed and the ones that are close at 8:30.

Most places we have stayed stop serving breakfast at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends. It was around 9:30 and everything already cleaned up gone. We'll make sure to check first next time we need a hotel.
