The location of the hotel was great, very close to the interstate. We've liked the size of the room. The breakfast was pretty good for US standards (of course don't expect any vegetables or ham or cheese). We didn't have time to use the pool, but it's a nice advantage to relax after a long trip. The wifi was good.

Loved the location, modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds, view of the Rockies from the 9th floor king corner room was beautiful to wake up to, friendly staff, refillable water bottles and refreshing fruit infused water available all day to refill, small snacks, bar made good drinks

The “cabin”I rentedI for 375 a night was not remotely worth the money. It had no hot water and no heat and it is seriously in need of repair remodel.The staff tried to make things better and were very nice, but that doesn’t fix the problem.

I like the hotel. It's near everything in Ozark. It was clean and the people were nice. Nice indoor pool. And a warm but not hot hot tub.

The drains were slow in my room. Bed a little hard. But I prefer more hard then soft. So it was decent for me. The door locks and keys are ancient. In 4 days had to get new keys made 2 times. But no big deal.

Public areas were filthy. The floor in the elevator was so dirty that the floor was actually sticky. I had to change rooms because the AC was broken. Coffee maker but no coffee. No microwave. Parking lot was dimly lit. The breakfast bar was a joke!
