      The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pools were awesome. Very family friendly.

      The rooms smell musty and need updated. The air conditioner leaked water all over the balcony and dripping from the above balcony’s. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner was leaking water on the carpet making it wet.

      I location was convenient, due to me having a conference there the next day.

      1. The location was overpriced. I booked it with the promise of breakfast. When I asked about it the staff at the desk to me the person who provides the breakfast was sick and I would not receive what I was promised. 2. My room had not toilet brush to clean it up if necessary. 3. They were charging $5.00 for a candy bar. They made me not want to return due to the treatment.

      Tub drain was clogged and the tub filled when we used the shower. Yhe view from the window was a concrete wall . Carpet was ripped . 1 of the 2 cards quit working
