Conveniently located for a travel break, especially if you are arriving at the Portland Transportation Center by bus or train. Rooms are beige but comfortable. Nice staff, front desk open 24 hours.

I found it difficult to find the entrance when I drove over from the bus station around midnight while jetlagged. The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a block and lacks good signage.

The people are so loud, and A LOT of traffic noise. People with large dogs that barked....all the time....random people kept knocking on my door, so I didn't feel overly safe as a solo traveler.

Room had not been vacuumed, Qtip and grape on floor, no spreads/comforters on beds. Sink facuets leaked, windows was cracked and had dirty rag in it. Stayed 3 days and no maid service provided. Tables in the breakfast area dirty, floor dirty, food put away before advertised time. Coffee pot in room but no coffee available, not even at desk. Very little food in vending machines and it was out of date and stale. Hair dryer didn't work. Internet and cable spotty. Lamp had short in it and blinked on and off. Had to ask for toilet paper and ice bucket and was given dirty bucket. Never saw and staff other than front desk person.
