  The staff here is absolutely awesome. When I first got my room, upon inspection it was on the "party, outside smokers side" where they propped open the security door to come and go at will and were definitely making their presence known being loud, smoking, drinking, obnoxious.... They were the bane of every hotel anywhere. When I reported it to the staff, they immediately gave me a better location and upgraded the room as well. I had an extended stay and when business cut it short and I had to change locations suddenly, they were very understanding and accommodating to my needs to cancel early.

  I personally did not find anything not to like. Yes there were smokers partying in the parking lot.... that is almost anywhere you go now.

  There was a front desk person who couldn’t be less helpful or bothered. Really bad. The one bedroom was way too spartan- no chairs just a couch in the living room. Weird. Not even a desk chair.

  I had asked for room near elevators because I have knee problems but was given a room VERY far from elevators. Also it did not habe shower cap or toiletries and on the first night the sofa bed was not made. But everything else was very good. Staff was very helpful
