Fast wifi, on site parking, efficient personnel and a very convenient and delicious £5 breakfast option are just some of the many positives of this hotel.”

      The hotel reservation staff was awesome. The ladies at the front desk were just absolutely fabulous and your kitchen was absolutely fantastic breakfast and the clean clean clean. I noticed that the sign said 99%. It should’ve said 100%. I’ve never been in such a clean kitchen area for breakfast. Thank you. I would stay there again and even more so I was able to enjoy the hot tub with a cup of coffee I enjoyed that and the pool got it all to myself. It was a lovely stay and so clean facility. I get this hotel a 100% stay the night. I’ll be back to see the Vanderbilt house again and I will book another time in the future!

      It's near the airport and the bed was decent. Staff was engaging and professional.

      Mildewy smell filled the entire room, all the elevators were broken, the shower holder was broken so you had to hold it while showering, cribs for infants were first come first serve and very small. Overall it's rundown but workable. However, there are better options near the airport unless money is your only concern.

      The area.. the people standing outside the building.. the room next to us loud.. the front desk wasn't welcoming and rude.. it was dirty.. heard guy talk about bugs that was on his bed when he got there and he was waiting for house keeping to come switch out sheets ir room and front desk wasn't rude. My body was itching the entire time. Just looked and felt dirty
