The amenities in the room were not sufficient. No body wash no toothpaste. Also I had a do not disturb sign at all times and yet somebody came in took our dirty towels away and never replace them either.

We were upgraded to a waterside room. We had asked for non-smoking to begin with. When they upgraded us, they gave us a smoking room. We had people with smoke allergies. They didn’t leave us enough towels. There were some bugs in the floor. There was an old musty smell in the room. Most of all, there was no elevator. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up some major steps. The breakfast was not very good at all.
