Family room was very spacious, beds were okay, pillows were all different firmnesses which was nice to find one that worked best for us individually, shower pressure and drain were great, jacuzzi tub was clean, smart TV worked, balcony door slid well and locked, AC worked great, staff was very friendly, elevator was big & deep, location was fantastic next to the kite loft. My kids loved the bunk beds which, at the least the bottom bunk, was very comfy. Honestly one of the better rooms we’ve ever stayed in OC (we go usually twice a year) Would definitely consider this place again if the price is right when we’re looking to book!!

I’m not a fan of the carpet around the jacuzzi tub and the balcony door. The carpet was wet at the balcony door from I assume the storms (we were there during Hurricane Erin) and that never sits well and I don’t think it really felt dry until the 4th day there(we don’t leave our balcony door open to allow rain in and it was wet when we checked in.) The beds were firm, yet pillow topped, just not soft enough for me. My parents stayed in the room above us and their beds were SO much comfier than ours. The shower squeaked/squealed when in use. Parking is less than ideal-tight, cramped, and limited (I don’t suggest anything larger than a mid size SUV, mini van works in certain spots.)

Room next to me played Bible TV all night. Asked and was moved to another room the next day. Was worried about room rager next door so did not call front desk.

The hotel needs remodeling, inside and outside, seen roaches/water bugs in my room, not enough space for a whole family, wasn't very clean at all.The pictures online looks nothing like the actual room.

I did not stay there. The pfrontdesk person showed up 45 mins to heck in amd there was one room only avaiable that was booked for us but it was smelling bad. There was trash in the hallways, cat litter and then we asked to change room, they didn't have any other available. The fontdesk person told me she will cancel the booking and will give me full refund but i have not received it yet.
