I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

During breakfast one staff member was working very hard to refresh food, buss and clean tables, floors, etc., while other staff chatted amongst themselves the entire time seemingly not caring. (Could be the new generation mindset. Management did not step in.)

Coffee maker was broken on arrival however it was replaced when we brought it to the attention of the management company. The dryer broke at the end of our trip. Someone came to look at it and then left without letting us know the status. I contacted the property management company and they stated he could not fix the issue.

Little weird there's a clause they seem to have barring Greater LA Locals, and requiring proof of "Forward Movement" to stay, but I suppose that is due to focusing on foreign tourists.

The location was perfect for us. We were very close to downtown dining, mall, grocery stores and our daughter and son-in-laws home. The unit was perfect in size and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there. Michael was always available when I needed to ask a question and was very accommodating.

My only complaint involves the pillows and bedding. The pillows on the bed were so flat! We found one extra pillow and my husband used it along with the pillow on the bed. I should have contacted Michael to inquire if more pillows were available, but I didn’t. I would also recommend new sheets, blanket and bedspread. The sheets were dingy and had snags. I’m not saying they were dirty….they just looked old and worn. The quilt looked like someone had spilled bleach on it in several spots, and the bedspread wasn’t appealing either. The mattress was very comfortable though!
