  We were able to check in 30 minutes early at no extra charge, which was perfect after our six-hour drive from California. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the quick check-in process smooth. Our room was very clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of towels and fully stocked toiletries were provided. The blackout curtain helped us get much-needed rest. Breakfast was included, and we appreciated the free late check-out because it gave us time to relax before the drive home. We stayed 1 night here for a concert at Desert Diamond Arena, and the location was ideal - walking distance to the venue and a lot of food options nearby. The facility was very clean, and the staff were great. No complaints. I would definitely stay again.

  We liked the room, the amenities, the friendly staff, and great view from our bedroom. Nice to hear the waves. Great to have a door to separate the living room from the bedroom. The music at the pool wasn't too loud. The property was well kept, the landscaping was nice. The staff did a good job caring for the property (pool especially) after hours. We also liked the breakfast, with a good variety.

  The living room was dark and could use more lighting, but the bedroom was bright and airy. Didn't like the landscaper equipment starting so early, around 8am.

  I didn't care for my room the first time I stayed there last week. But I had another chance to evaluate them last night, and the carpet in this room was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable. All things considered, it was a decent place to stay overnight and a good value for the money.

  Outside sounds really come in to the room. The TV only has "live" options.

  The location near UCR my daughter will be attention school this September . The air conditioning was great . The body wash was great . The bartender was available for an evening night cap . The grounds are well kept. I hope to return with my husband and enjoy your pool and spa. Thank you

  I wish the back door was accessible to walk from back parking lot to access the Hotel . I was alone walking with luggage and a man looked disturbed. So I asked these people if I could walk with them the long way around the block to the hotel. The parking garage was great .

  The over price charge of parking! $29 is too much! And it’s in addition to the $50 charge for damage fee. I know you get the 50 back but it should be instant not days later and still $29 for parking is too much!

  It was an older building, so only 1 elevator. But still nice. Oh, the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable with the door opening inward & hardly any room to get around to shut it.
