Everyone was warm and friendly from point of checking in to breakfast. I did appreciate the early check in opportunity for a small fee and all the staff were so pleasant. The grounds were beautiful as well. The food at breakfast was also delicious. Such a relaxing getaway.

The nob in the bathroom for the shower came off while trying to turn it on. There was also what seem to be some water damage to the walls and door in the bathroom and parts of the bathroom could have been cleaner. This was the room available for early check in and not my original room.

It’s right on the beach. It’s has a large pool and beautiful grounds. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants within walking distance of. The property is well maintained inside.

I think the room should provide a couple of extra towels, amd an extra roll of toilet paper. The garbage bags should be in the containers.

The front desk girl was very apologetic and kind.

The room was disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable as a hotel, motel, or any place to lay someone’s head. There was some brown splatters on the walls and the beds. The sheets were black, yellow and stained with who knows what. Our door was clearly kicked in and didn’t latch or close. The screws and the trim with sticking out and falling off. I asked for a refund so I could find some place else to sleep, and the front desk girl was in a panic bc her manager had quit already, and the phone lines were off, so my 3rd party couldn’t even communicate with the property to handle the situation. I expect a full refund and don’t advise anyone to stay here.

Valet parking required, my car came back with a ding. All employees were awesome, except one. Not pleasant at all and made us feel as if we were inconveniening her.

There was mold all over the room, including on the bed. I spoke to staff about the issue and the response I got was, it’s late in the season, what do you want us to do about it. Their solution to the problem was to give us new sheets to put on the bed ourselves.
