      Excellent facilities and staff! Shout out to Will, who was always friendly and gave us great tips for the city. He always looked out for us. The kitchen staff was also charming and friendly.

      Some the staff members were off putting/rude I went on early asking if I could check in early he cut me off and very rudely said it's 3 not now. So we came back probably should changed hotels at that point online said pool was open it wasn't but I wasn't informed till after I paid and checked in when I came back (that staff member wasn't rude) we got to the room the sheets didn't seem changed there was stuff from other people left in the room and there were people all night screaming outside it's wasn't worth the money spent I don't think I would ever go back
