Springdale, Utah

The location was great because it was right in the middle of Springdale. Everything was walkable. It appears that within several months, this should be a great place to stay once the construction is finished.

The entire hotel is under construction which isn't disclosed anywhere. The lobby is in a trailer and the free breakfast is just a paper bag since the normal breakfast area is under construction. They had building materials throughout the parking lot with dirty, used toilets all over that caused the area to smell bad. Our own toilet in our room was not functioning so they had to move us to another room on the second day.

I found the beds and pillows comfortable. I loved how you had the unique aspect of the toilet and shower being separate. I enjoyed the fact that your breakfast had bacon.

The location was terrific for our plans. The tile floor in the room and bathroom were extremely slippery for the handicapped person on our party.

The tile floors. We were able to buy some nonslip socks at Walmart to help during the night so the guest did not fall.

Housekeeping needs to be supervised closely. I had used towels that were clearly refolded (not our own. We stayed one night). There was a tree roach in the room. The door didn’t lock when you closed it. I tried really hard but you could simply push the door open and it would open. The staff took my concerns seriously. I appreciated they and will be going back. The other times that visit I didn’t have as many issues.

Got into our room, did the usual safety precautions, checked our beds for bed bugs and thankfully nothing. Then we find a dead roach under our mattress. Had to be moved to another room, did the precautions again, no roach but really stained and dirty bed sheets. Had to get new sheets. Was told we would get charged to $50 for the room and inconvenience but never got any refund

Very welcoming hosts, great hospitality, service. Beautiful room with aesthetic decor, attention to details, very clean and fresh. Felt very comfortable and cosy. Bonus was a garden with outdoor seating and hot tab. Room has fire place and everything needed. Location is quiet but next to everything happening in the town, right by Commercial street. Will stay there again.
