No breakfast even though we were initially told it would be available. I don’t know if staffing was an issue or simply not enough customers. We were also told our room would be cleaned on Sunday with towels etc replenished. It was not. I went to front desk to get more towels and the gentleman was very nice, apologetic and helpful. I assumed staffing was an issue. Also, Wi-Fi was down numerous times and required a call from us to front desk. They jumped on the issue immediately each time. On the plus side, it was a comfortable room. Bathroom fan didn’t work so a shower steamed up the room after each use. Pillows were great. It was quiet. The room was big and the king sized bed was comfortable. Sliding door opened to a little deck with 2 chairs and a table. I’m sure we’ll go again next year as it was acceptable from a value standpoint.

Logan and John were excellent hosts. John even carried my suitcase up and down the stairs for me. The duplex was adorable and tastefully decorated. There's a front porch and a balcony off the second bedroom with a gas fire pit. Very relaxing.

The only thing I really didn't like was the steep stairs, but that was mostly because after falling at the Richmond Raceway it was painful getting up and down the stairs.

The owners where both EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I love the cottage vibe and they nailed it wirh all the amenities they had. Beautiful area. Very quiet.

Loud music from outdoor pool roof deck played all afternoon and evening until at least 1 am. We were 20 floors above and could hear music like it was next door. I probably should have known by the name of the hotel that the this was for a younger clientele. So worse than Louis music was no hot water. Early morning or late, didn’t matter.

The breakfast choice very good and your building inside and out very pleasing.your room lay out very nice and spacious and I have to say this the best place thus far in the last three years I have been staying in Tempe. I will be back thx again!
