      The Lobby was so modern and clean! Breakfast was good…location was very good. The look of the hotel very good.

      But Once you take the elevator, everything looks sooo worn out, not well maintained …. Hallways have paint removed, elevators dirty…. There were places on the 3rd floor where animals/pets urinated!….strong odor! Homeless outside the main entrance!!!! …. And in the corner of the hotel asking for money, calling people, etc….

      Front desk staff immature/ unprofessional. Housekeeping services not offered. No hand towels in LOBBY restroom. Side door left open/ wedged with small rocks by SMOKING guests entering in and out day and night. UNSAFE. No extra towels for bathrooms. No credit offered or notice given regarding renovations occurring on 2nd floor. Loud noises, drinking and partying by parking lot/ outside room windows from 10pm-2am on Saturday night.

      The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. House was clean and had all the basic essentials in the kitchen. We used the grill multiple times during our stay. The fort Morgan beach was a short walk away and was never busy during our stay. The house has wagon that was perfect for hauling all our beach needs for the day. The host was very tentative and very responsive to messages. Overall it was an amazing stay and very comfortable.

      The only thing I can say I didn't like was the drive to orange beach area.
