We came to this hotel after leaving another one in walking distance that was awful. We checked in late at night but received good service from the front desk. We were relieved that the hotel was clean and smelled fine. We used the pool in the morning before we checked out and that was a nice feature. There were no towels in the pool area but we did find someone to remedy that. What we liked best was the clean, quiet, comfortable room.

The breakfast was underwhelming. They touted having fresh fruit but there was no fruit at all. There were toppings that seemed to be for yogurt but there was no yogurt. The staff member who was tending the breakfast area seemed to have an eye on the clock and a bit of stinginess with setting food out. The second that breakfast was over, she had everything pulled and there was nothing accessible. It felt like the BIG BROTHER of BREAKFAST was watching like a hawk. Not very relaxing way to start the morning. BUT, my main priority for hotels is clean & safe and courteous and that was my overall experience.

The location was very nice. You can see the beach from the room and hear the relaxing waves. The staff is very pleasant.

The room wasn't clean and ready by our requested check in time. The art gallery below our room was playing music a bit loud for a little while so you couldn't enjoy the piecefull sound of the ocean waves when you sat in the balcony. The TV remote wasn't working. The window in our room unlike other rooms didn't open most likely rusted over. The balcony door didn't lock as it was all rusted. The window and balcony had no curtains. The iron and little mirror had a bit of rust on it. The shower head had very strong water pressure with very fine streams that didn't adjust or move so it felt like you were hit by 50 strong waterpiks. The room is okay it just needs some work. For the price that you pay I expected a bit better.
