Breakfast was great so was the service. Grace’s dinner wS also very good. Loved that there were multiple places to get food there and that you also had Little gift shops and a bar and an ice cream shop. It really has everything. I guess I just missed the upper deck being finished, but I will check it out next time I visit!

There were two things I didn’t like, number one I think I just had bad luck of having a noisy party attached to me and doors that need to be closed off. Also, I did get used to the music playing outside and it wasn’t so bad after a while The second thing I didn’t like is I thought maybe they should clean the elevators more often but maybe that’s a hard thing to keep up with overall the place was great and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

breakfast was great and plentiful along with a clean gym. concierge was very nice and helpful. Lobby was spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to work or relax. truly enjoyed staying in the lobby more than my own room. Skylight is nice and has that great texas charm!

Water pressure in the shower was abysmal and the faucet was like a power washer. There was a musk to the room upon entering that was quite annoying (can't tell if water damage or not). 2 of the 4 elevators weren't working and the two that did were disengaging the selected floors after every stop. Also made it a hassle during the busier part of the days where a lot of people were trying to go up and down. Did feel a bit outdated when it came to the rooms. Gym equipment could use some TLC.

Nice clean rooms, 2 queen bed room had lots of extra space. Beds were comfortable so were the pillows. The breakfast was great, a lady was actively making fresh pancakes at a flattop. There was also a soda machine in there.

Only downfall was the room didn’t get as cold as I would have liked but it was very hot outside so probably contributed

The person checking us in and/or his supervisor wouldn’t speak directly to booking.com, which I understand to a point, as it was booking.com who created the issue but the RIU was not flexible and that made us have to wait two hours to get into our rooms. We were exhausted after traveling and just wanted to get into our rooms which the RIU knew had been paid for in full.

There was mold in the first room I was in , was almost refused a room move. Staff isn’t very pleasant. Breakfast is the same everyday & they accuse you of stealing pillows !
