He made our stay truly exceptional with his service - believe me we were quite denading quests - starting with extra water, cleaning and even key problems for the main entrance, everything was done fast and with no excuses. Secondrly the villa itself is really cool. Fully new, renovated, with magficient view and very close to the Super Paradise beach (5 min of not exhausted but beatiful path on foot). A big plus that we were not expected was 2 separate bathrooms (the website and booking says for this one, which is a mistake).”

The property is super characterful and tasteful, down to the smallest of details. Our Alila Villa was perfection - gorgeous workmanship and one of the coolest places I've ever stayed (I'm a sucker for a beautiful bathroom, and this certainly fit the bill!). The views, staff, food, pools, facilities and location all earn a 10/10 from us!”

Location of the hotel is phenomenal, very close, walking distance, to the Bazaar and historical center (the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the cistern). Everything else is a short ride on a tram or train, stations are few steps from the hotel. Great restaurants everywhere around, the “Glamour Rooftop” restaurant down the street from the hotel is a must!”

      I stayed 2 diff days. Cleo the manager was very helpful. I stayed 2 different days. The 22nd and the 28th. When we arrived on the 28th Cleo made sure we were given a better room. Cleo was very helpful, unfortunately she could only help with what she is given. This hotel needs a complete remodel.

      The room was unbelievably bad. The walls were partially painted. Looked like some spackling was done and not painted over. The chair in the room badly stained. The top of thevotterman was ripped up and stained. There were cuts in the rug. The complete room smelled so bad, very musty. Very disappointed with this visit. I have stayed here many times in the past. I don't think I will return.

      Our was Private no help from the property. A big water leak in property for the first 5 hours had to use the lil bit of towels to stop some of the water from leak. They didn’t bring towels until the next day around 5 which was an inconvenience no air conditioning.

      I would like someone to take accountability for there being broken glass in my room from a previous guest. It badly cut my foot and they need to do something about it. I’ve called and emailed multiple times only to be dismissed.

      Broken glass from a previous guest that cut my foot. No accountability taken, all of my calls and emails have been ignored or I’ve just been given another email address that gets no reply. I spoke to IGH they said I had to talk to management and gave me a reference number. I then called YT and gave that reference number because it had been days past the 48hr turn around and I was still left with dismissal and no help. It’s unacceptable to ignore such a big dangerous thing, especially when I’m still left in pain and it’s affected my day to day life.

      The hotel looks nice from outside and it's clean

      It doesn't have an elevator. The receptionist left the desk while we were trying to find our way to the second floor. When he returned, he attempted to help us carry our luggage to the second floor but then left what he was carrying at the top of the stairs to answer his cellphone. It's a cheap place. No breakfast included.
