Newly renovated and still had painters at the property. Easy access and great location. You are a 3 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to shops, bars, and restaurants.

The pool area was really nice and there was ample parking the bar and it’s tender were very nice good drinks and just as expensive as the rest of Austin 15 for off menu drinks 5 for a beer and 13 for specialty

The whole area smelled of cat pee and poop… I didn’t see one cat The hotel staff was very rude about the fact that the breakfast was not complimentary The bathroom smelled so terrible of mildew every time we took a shower and after for a while too Thankfully I bring Lysol with us wherever we go Laundry facilities worked but half were broken

We stayed in a cabin with the bed in the loft above. Ate a burger in the saloon, friendly staff. Located next to a beautiful creek, state park across the creek, ocean view from bed.

The location is great and the courtyard + exterior are very cute!

The rooms are old and not well maintained. Room 304 needs an audit. Possible mold or mildew in the hvac. Several items were broken in the room. Also, we accidentally booked the disabled room and b/c of that there wasn’t a door on the bathroom. We were told it was for safety and regulations. The bathroom looked directly into the rest of the room, no privacy. We asked to be moved and were told there wasn’t anything available. After a few hours in the room my husband was trouble breathing from what we discovered was mold and reported that to a different employee and suddenly another room was available. That room was much better.
