      Everything was fine. I'm not a city person so, being downtown was kind of frustrating which isn't a dig against the hotel. To be honest everything would have been considered "great" if the hotel wasn't located in downtown Minneapolis.

      When we were checking out the morning front desk person wasn't very nice. I also tried adding parking through the app and when we came in to the front desk it was never added. I'm also pretty sure that even though it wasn't added according to the lady at the front desk when we checked in, I was charged for it.

      Honestly, after seeing the first room we were given, I didn't feel comfortable eating there.

      We had a room with a pull out sofa for our quest to sleep on and when we pulled it out there was blood all over the mattress cover. Then when we pulled it off there was blood on the mattress.

      Breakfast was okay. Would have liked more hot food options other than eggs and bacon

      Pool was out of towels the second night of stay and there was no one to be found at front desk to request more and we went to desk 3 different times. Don't like that fact of being charged a refundable damage deposit and it not been refunded back yet. We took a video of the room before leaving to show everything was the same as when we arrived.
