Nothing, I got a refund and ran far away Well, the property itself is horrid, but the people that work there, including the manager were very kind, despite the situation. They got me a refund quickly as possible, even though there was issues with getting it back to my card. (I use my Apple Card on my phone so it’s a little harder to refund due to the three digit code changing consistently), I just wanted to note that this was not their fault) they were so patient. They worked with me, got the refund back, as promptly as possible and were so kind the entire time, even though it was quite annoying that my card was difficult to refund, I think I was more impatient with my card than they were lol, but I do have to say they have a wonderful staff.

Upon check-in, the in front of me was a ginormous water bug walking up to the desk as if he owned the place to check in lol JK, but seriously there was a enormous water bug that just walked across the floor the minute I came into the hotel, The first room they put me in the ceiling had fallen in and there was pieces of the ceiling all over the floor in chunks .Then they move me to another room when I paid for a king junior suite which is more expensive, they moved me to a double room, and I was having a staycation because I just wanted to have a nice night in a comfy hotel (the pictures are very deceiving, which I agree I should’ve known based on the price, but I thought they were just trying to get more business, possibly, because it looks so nice on the pictures and I also read the reviews), the second room it was a double room. It was smelled moldy and stale.. There was dead bugs all over the floor. I guess that’s better than alive. The last room they moved me in was on the second floor, which I don’t think they really put most people(it just sounded like that from the staff that was checking in. He didn’t say that specifically but it kind of sounded that way as well as they’re being paint buckets on every step up to the second floor pretty much so it looks like they are maybe redoing it) it was super creepy. It seemed like no one had been there in forever. The blankets were like crunchy and it looks like there was bedbugs, but I didn’t want to look any further cause there was just little black bugs all over the floor that had looked dead, but I didn’t want to risk it and I just ran out of there.I also want to note, I am far from picky typically to stay in cheaper motels when I do a little staycations to get away from my roommates, I don’t have much money so I don’t expect anything to be top-tier that I get for a low low price. But this was just on livable to me. I was just horrified honestly.

Not in a good location. The shower door did not shut close. It could have been a little bit more clean. There was no hook to hang a towel above the sink where you wash your hands.

The place wasn't clean and had a horrible smell... The room that I was given had not been clean properly. I was given another room were it was the same One bed had a dingy bedskirt and the other one didn't have one at all. The place looked dingy. It definitely does not look like the pictures they have online. Found gum at the end of the bed when we checked it ...I was definitely disappointed in this place. The smell at this hotel is awful. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Biloxi comfort Suites.
