      Ashley, the woman working the front desk, was very helpful. She handled our issue we had when one person booked the room but the other arrived first with competence, professionalism, but also understanding so we could figure out a solution. The breakfast was good. The price for what we received was great. If we came for another show at Renfro Valley, we'd likely return.

      Staff were really nice. Ofelia mixed up some plain waffles for my picky eater, which was very sweet of her! Hotel was clean. Pool area was really nice too.

      I booked this reservation because it had breakfast included, and then I was told there was no breakfast available and since I had three children with me and two other adults, we did not practice breakfast and it was a very frustrating warning for the little ones and for us as well because we were trying to get them situatedand since that was the key factor booking, there was the breakfast included. It really started out our day horribly.

      The room was very filthy dirty it looked like the sheets were not changed. They had stains all over them. It was so dark. You couldn’t see what was crawling around. I actually ended up leaving. I never stayed there. My reservation was booked for a week. I left immediately after walking in the room
