The staff was great, could they have been more helpful yes. But I felt like they were college students who were there to make a paycheck. But they were indeed nice and pleasant to talk to.

The location wasn't my favorite as all I could hear was the traffic going back and forth. The room was ok nothing to write home about that's for sure. The bed was nice and comfortable, pillows too soft and went flat. The bathroom was gross, the ceiling was covered in water spots and mold. The bath tub was gross and dirty (but I think it was stained) the toilet had problems flushing until my husband fixed it but still had to hold the handle down for a minute to flush. However it was a just OK hotel.

no mattress cover which is highly unsanitary. Bottom sheet did not cover the mattress. Top sheets likewise. No handicap facilities an only 1 parking.space demanding that I pull in headfirst. not near available room. That room had strong odor of smoke so there was no restrictions or fine for smoking. Desk clerk said that just suddenly there was a $50 'deposit' needed for (all rooms were totally empty and had no utensils at all) There were not even waste baskets. Chair was ripped. I can't imagine a worse place to pay money. Building was two story walk up so handicap was highly limited and impossible. Located adjacent to a six lane highway with hugh traffic noise around the clock.
