    - “First of all, the check went smooth and the flat was impressively clean. Second of all, the view was more than I was than I was expecting. You have a nice view over the city even from the bedroom. I love that there’s plenty of space in the house, especially in the living room. The flat is full of sunlight, the bathroom has a good ventilation, the bed is comfortable. Right around a corner is a MiniPreco. Two minutes down the road you can find a well-stocked supermarket Continente. The place is situated in a calm and nice area, really close to many coffee shops, restaurants, Bolhao market, Trindade and many more. Also, the river is not that far away too. I really love this flat. Me and my girlfriend felt like home here. Porto is amazing, this flat is amazing. We totally recommend it!”

      Absolutely superb! Splendid attention to details that enhance the guest experience. And very responsive to guest comfort. Marvelous breakfast. Despite vast experience staying in top hotels and B&Bs, never encountered anything quite like it. Management really got things right -- and should be retained to conduct classes for other B&Bs and even for 5* hotel managers! Stayed night before in Royal Park Hotel in Rochester and night after in Inn at Stonecliffe on Mackinac Island -- both 5* hotels. Neither quite matched Webster House.

      Door didn’t lock from inside,toddler could just open door and run out. Had to barricade room door so he couldn’t escape. No ice machine. Sink and tub in bathroom would take hours to completely drain water or would have to use plunger to get water to go down.

      The price for the room was outrageous! A sign on the back of the room door stated that the maximum charge of the room was $250. We ended up paying $416. We'd been travelling all day and not much choice. This is a prime example of price gouging.

      No chairs,at the pool and it was very dirty. No fruits for breakfast it was just all wrong. But I did sleep well. The jacuzzi was broke. I needed to relax in. Nobody in office to come help with smoke alarm beeping for no reason.
