This is an old house converted to host in modern style. If you like old architecture, then you'll love the wood floors, brass fixtures and unique floor plans updated with tile and comfort. The host will meet you at the door and offer to carry your bags upstairs. You get the pool and hot tub, Downstairs is a common area for food prep, sharing wine, or if the weather suits you, hang out on the decorative patio in the shade. Location is near beaches, parks, docks, museums, and shops. We walked for two hours after catching the sunrise and dolphins in the bay. The dolphins really do come right up to the retaining wall. Fun. Easy to recommend!

Florida bugs at the nearby parks. And to be honest, old house, wooden floors, metal four post bed.... Lovely, but.... Hope the neighbors were heavy sleepers.

The 1st day i killed three roaches, i asked to get an other room they said they were double booked n yet there was alot of empty rooms. I asked for a mini freidge at least and i didnt get one the whole week i was there

The manager, her name was Rashel Sawyer, at the reception was very rude to our family, her behavior scared the children, all because we were in the room until 11 am . Someone from the staff was knocking hard on the door of the room starting from 10.45 am and calling the phone to the room endlessly, when we asked why it was necessary to do this, the manager answered us in a very rude manner. The hotel is new, but there was no toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the taps and hooks were broken, the floor in the room was very dirty and sticky, with stains.We asked to clean the room, but the room was never cleaned.

The location of the hotel is great – very convenient and easy to access.

However, the room itself was not clean. The floor and table were dusty, and overall cleanliness was disappointing. The bed was okay, but the lack of cleanliness affected the overall experience. I was also surprised by the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unwelcoming, and not helpful at all, which was unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, the photos shown online do not reflect the reality of the rooms and facilities. This created false expectations and added to the overall dissatisfaction.
