      Staff was friendly but seemed annoyed. Maid only cleaned half our room. Multiple broken things in our room. Tv didn’t work and had to complain multiple times for someone to fix it after being told several times they were be right up and never came. No screen in window which was a safety hazard being how big it was and how wide it opened. Dead bugs on floors and windows maid took towels and didn’t leave clean ones

I did email the property that I was there. After 10 minutes of waiting in the dark, I got a text with the information about how to get in
