The location to the hospital where we were visiting a family member was great. The apartment complex was also in walking distance to stores and food.

Our stay at the property was disappointing due to several issues that were not communicated to us beforehand. I was in town for a family emergency, visiting a family member at the local hospital, and I brought a friend along for support. We chose this place hoping there would be a pool for her to enjoy while I was at the hospital, but unfortunately, the pool was closed due to construction. She couldn't even relax by the poolside. Additionally, the address provided led us to the wrong place; it didn't direct us straight to the parking garage, which was actually located on the other side of the building down an alley. Finding it was challenging due to one-way roads and heavy city traffic. Accessing the hotel itself was not ideal either, as there were numerous steps, making it inconvenient. Another surprise was the sleeping arrangement in the apartment. There were two beds placed right next to each other, which wasn’t disclosed beforehand. It looked like a single large bed, so if you're planning on staying with a larger group, be aware that there is no privacy. The couch was the smallest I have ever seen—an adult cannot stretch out comfortably on it. It may only work as a sleeping option for a child, and they wouldn't be very comfortable either. Speaking of the couch, I noticed a clear butt print mark on the cushion that appeared to be stained, likely from someone sitting there with lotion on. The communication from customer service felt like smoke and mirrors. We received many automated messages that seemed helpful, but when I actually spoke to a representative, they couldn't assist me effectively. For example, I had to check out early and requested instructions since I hadn’t received the automated email yet. They responded with generic messages, but once I had left, I received the real checkout instructions—information that I had specifically asked for earlier. This was very frustrating.

Many light switches don't work and or missing light bulbs. Minor complaint. Hotel lobby guy who checked us in seemed very agitated by stuff going on and it showed. Everyone has bad days but its nice for guests to feel a little bit more welcomed than to have a cranky person checking you in. Kind of felt like an inconvenience to the man. But not a big deal. Just something to acknowledge

The bathroom floor wasn't swept out mopped. The door was all scratched up from someone's dog. The towels were dirty. One towel was on the floor under the sink. Housekeeping needs to do a better job.

There is no WiFi availability. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough for my taste. The room was warm, could not adjust the temperature. The tv was a 12 inch model that you couldn’t watch. It only had rabbit ears to get channels. There was a towel but no wash cloth, there were those bath scrunchies in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell if they were new or used. The refrigerator was not clean. The back patio was all grown over with weeds, and plenty of junk. Patio chairs were dirty. As nice as the host is, I would not stay again without better up keep.
