  The front desk male staff should not be the first person guests are greeted with. We checked in on Monday, July 21 and he was not friendly, did not give me a pass for my husband's vehicle, and did not tell us if breakfast was included or have a welcoming demeanor. Also, there were holes in the ceiling that were taped. Rm 188.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this beachfront hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was horrendous—the staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they couldn’t care less about our stay. The room itself was filthy; there was a disgusting booger smeared on the wall, hair all over the shower, and the whole place just felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The so-called “daily cleaning” service was a complete joke. They didn’t show up for the first few days, and when they finally did in the last two days of our stay, they barely did anything besides toss some towels into the room. We had to empty the overflowing trash bins ourselves and take care of basic cleaning duties even though the hotel clearly advertised daily housekeeping, including towel refreshes, trash removal, and more toilet paper. It wasn’t even that we were being messy—far from it—but the fact that we were left to clean up ourselves, against what was promised, was infuriating. The staff didn’t care when we brought up our concerns and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by existing. Overall, the experience was so unpleasant and disappointing that I will never stay at this hotel again.
