      Average place to stay. Wasn’t where I thought I was staying. Had made a reservation with booking.com on 2/10/25 for Hampton Inn in South Haven! Got a text on 7/13/25 saying booking.com had some kind of problem and Hampton inn never had a reservation for us. Booking.com Did nothing to help me do was scrambling to find an open hotel. This place is where we ended up. Staff Bobby was very nice and friendly.

      Rooms very small…no real closet. Bathroom could be updated…pretty old and not super clean in my opinion.

      Lovely, classic property. Perfect location. Excellent staff service. Restaurant wonderful. Bed and pillows amazing. Quiet. Would happily return and recommend.       Very clean, excellent and quiet neighbourhood, big pool, ping pong table, spacious, comfortable beds, large kitchen fully equipped, 3 washrooms and all the necessities to take to the beach !

      For this property you need a vehicle to go to the beach and grocery shopping. The pool area does not have much walking room and has many trees which shade the pool area.

      Initial check-in was great. facility & room was fairly nice & clean for the price.

      Management Staff was very unprofessional!! Maureen(manager) complained to have an allotment on the free complimentary breakfast because my husband and I wanted to eat in our room. Threatened to check us out because they didn't have my husband's ID that no one asked for at initial check-in because I checked us in. Situation turned into a confrontation between my husband and management because it was not addressed professionally! Do better!!
