Everything was just perfect and smooth in reserving the room when checking in the guy in the front desk when we arrived was awesome the room was just perfect the beds pillows and the sheets they smelled and looked clean that was the best part I usually use my own covers but this time I didn't kudos to the cleaning crew my 2 girls loved the room over all everything and including the breakfast Was good. I would definitely stay their again .

Hardman House is in the heart of Carson City. It was definitely a good location, near a lot of restaurants, and with excellent freeway access. It may be an older hotel, but it is well maintained, and our room was immaculate. We were also surprised by how quiet it was at night. All in all, I think Hardman House is an excellent value for the money, and we would definitely stay there again.

Check-in seemed a little scattered. It seems like there may have been a shift change going on, because initially we were dealing with one individual who asked for our ID, and then asked us to wait a while because our room wasn't ready yet, and when we checked back on the room about 30 minutes later, we had to start over with another person. Like I said, not a big deal. We had arrived early, and I do think they were doing their best to get us in before the normal check-in time.

I was happy to get coffee in the morning, The location was good for walking to Starbucks because the coffee wasn't all that great. I was able to park fairly close to my room. I was able to connect to the wifi.

The thermostat on my air conditioner didn't work, and so the unit never shut off even when I raised the temperature. So, I had to turn the a/c completely off. The shower water pressure was awful. The bathroom sink was chipped and the toiletries were partially full with missing labels. The hair dryer didn't work, so I had to walk out with wet hair and the tv remote didn't communicate with the TV and there was only one channel - I tried all the other inputs and was not able to get any of the channels.

Hotel was too close to train. It was really loud through out the night. The hotel provided ear plugs but we did not have a good nights sleep.

Everything!! From dirty rugs to stink bed & room this was awful!! The bed felt like I was sleeping on ROCKS!! Never again Outlets didn’t work, tv didn’t work neither did the wifi!! The rooms have NO microwave.

The TV only have ONE channel available, and the remote control couldn't/wouldn't change the channel or turn the volume up or down. TBS was the only channel on the TV, no others available. Small air conditioner worked Ok for the space of the room. However, again the remote control for it didn't work, and you had to take a light from the phone and adjust what you wanted on the uni. The electrical plug that controlled the lights between the bed wasn't working either (top outlet). We had to mess with the plug to get the light on from the bottom outlet. Not sure what someone else used prior to our arrival.
