I asked for a refund for this property and never heard back. The first room would not lock and they moved us to another room where the A/C did not work it was 82 degrees when we decide ex to go to another hotel. I don’t recommend this place at all and very concerned they didn’t even reach out to make it right with us.

Large, clean and comfy rooms. Also, there was free breakfast and happy hour each day! In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect--right in the middle of historic Santa Fe! Lastly, the view from the rooftop bar was spectacular!

Sensors on the sliding doors were very sensitive..If it senses the door is open for more than 2 minutes the AC shuts off and will not come back on until the sensor detects the door is shut. The battery on the sensor to the master bedroom sliding door was acting up so the AC was off for about 6 hrs..Fortunately it was during the night so in the morning I msged the property management and they sent maintenance right out and fixed it.

The hot tub area next to our room did not work- we could not get in. The staff brought us a new key but later the groundskeeper said the battery on the door was not working. Manu people were frustrated not to be able to get in. I paid a large resort fee and the resort was not kept up

2 things I didn't like. 1 I know the area is not the best morning of our second day someone was killed or took their own life in the front but with the amount of addicts in the area this is totally out of the control of the hotel. 2 o would recommend with the bathrooms like the one in our room 218 I would have the door swing outwards so there is room in the bathroom or a sliding barn door the swinging inward takes to much room and it don't open all the way die to the hinges

There was construction and the ice machine was inoperable. Asked staff if there was a ice machine and they had no clue if there was one but if there was it would be on the 3rd floor. Staff needs to know more about these things The lobby was under construction and the grab and go breakfast was horrible.
