Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Located within a mile of Colonial Williamsburg, we walked there from the hotel. Free breakfast. Outdoor pool. Staff was friendly. We had a lot of luggage, so it was convenient to park right outside the door.

Breakfast options were simple and mediocre. In-wall AC helped with temperature but didn't do much for humidity of the room. Light switches were confusing. Every room is first floor facing the parking lot, so we had to keep the shades drawn if we wanted privacy.

The apartment was perfect for 2 families with small children. Very cozy, and setup well. The location is great for visiting either Bryce Canyon or Zion NP. The view from the apartment is lovely.

Staff was rude. Knocked on door around 8:30 for housekeeping. Check out was 11:00 am. They knocked again about 10:30 am and asked if we were staying another night and that if we didn’t ch k out by 11 we would be charged for another night.

You have to pay extra for breakfast, and that only covers 2 people. There were 3 of us, and another breakfast was $13 it wasn't very good. we ended up going to McDonald's

Patio area and railings need to be painted badly. Some of the wood planks were loose in the patio area. Front door lock doesn’t work well. The apartment needs to be updated. Shower has very low water pressure and it was hard to adjust the water temperature.

Loved where it was located. Right across from the lake and just a couple blocks from shopping many good restaurants. Having the balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the lake. Nice pool and work out area.

My only complaint would be that the bath towels were rough and didn't like the way hair felt after showering. Assuming the water did not have a softener on it, but I would still stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.
