The design of the hotel is really cool and the fact that you can control the room with an iPad is even more awesome. There’s so much more I can say about this hotel and it’s an amazing, we spend $625 for two nights at this hotel while one time we spent over $400 at another hotel that wasn’t even half of what citizenm was. Anytime we’re staying in Seattle this will be our go-to hotel

There was literally blood on the wall of my room. The mattress pad had dried drippy stains on the side. Housekeeping never visited my room and I ran out of TP and coffee, and trash can was full and never emptied. When I called the hotel while I was out and asked if Housekeeping could drop some TP and coffee in the room, they said try to track them down in the hallway or stop at the front desk whenever I get back to the hotel. The towels were stained and smelled burnt. All the ice machines were out of order. There were no blackout curtains even though the photos showed the rooms with curtains. There were just white blinds in the room so as soon as the sun was up, the room lit up. Overall it is a nasty hotel and awful customer service.

If I had to say anything, it was that we arrived late and it was a bit dark to see and find the lockbox. But I gather most would check in during the day and wouldn’t have an issue.

We would have preferred a room not requiring a climb of three stories with luggage. (We're 89.) The folks at the desk should have warned us or at least made sure that we entered the building where it was only a two-story climb.
