Everything was excellent!!! The room & view exceeded our expectations. Megan greeted me at check-in. What a professional & accommodating host for this place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living & kitchen area w/ balcony. Room was very clean and place very safe. Parking was very convenient as well.

Whichever housekeeper cleaned the room before I got it, did not do a good job cleaning the room.I moved the pillow on my bed to find an empty cigarette pack laying on the platform of the bed where the platform of the bed meets the wall and then the mattress wasn't pushed all the way back so when I moved my pillow there laid and empty cigarettes box. I only had one small clear glass in my rm the other one was on the balcony with cigarette butts in it. I also found some sort of package that was drug related under my sheets on my bed. I turned the cig pack and drug package into front desk. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had there. There is never any clean towels at the pool and when you go to front desk they say we have none,or here's 2 that's all I can give you. Well when there is 4 of you 2 towels just don't get it. I wasn't offered any kind of compensation whatsoever. The lady that checked me out when I left was a very nice woman, she apologized several times even though she wasn't the one who put me in that room. So this is twice now this has happened to me and I've gotten no compensation for it and that's okay I stayed the two nights I had booked and left the day I was supposed to. I feel like they are short staffed and that could be causing a lot of the problem. Your front desk people are amazing. Another thing you get a patio room yet you have no chairs to sit on the patio. I have been staying here for the last 6 yrs and it seems every year there is a problem with something,.
